Hand in hand with the industrial growth in southern China, there is a dynamic to encourage the cultural identity of this important province. The Creative Incubator Campus is a concept project in Xiao Jing Ku that embraces the creative cultures of design, innovation, art and performing arts. The project has ambitious goals of furthering the rapid development of Asian culture through new-thinking, originality and experiment.

The project includes both educational facilities and also workshops and incubator units for fledgling companies and designers. In addition there is residential accommodation and also support facilities for the surrounding city.
